ST. LUCIE COUNTY INVENTORY INCREASES TO 2.7 MONTHS
Just in! August 2023 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in St. Lucie County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
Palm Beach County’s months supply of inventory slightly increased from July to August at 2.7 months and remained consistent year over year. The median sale price in the county experienced a slight 1.3% increase from 2022 at $395,000.
"Realtors® closed nearly the same number transactions in St. Lucie County this month compared to last month.
