Just in! Year-end 2023 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Palm Beach County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
Palm Beach County saw 1,249 new listings in December a 16.1% increase from 2022. The county experienced a 13.2% increase of inventory rising to 4,575 from 4,042 active listings last year. Overall, Palm Beach County had $901.5 million in dollar volume this month compared to $824.4 million in 2022.
