MONTHS SUPPLY OF INVENTORY INCREASES DURING THE HOLIDAYS IN PALM BEACH COUNTY

 

Just in! November 2023 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Palm Beach County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.

Palm Beach County experienced a 18.2% increase in months supply of inventory from this time last year, currently sitting at 3.9 months. The county saw $846.8 million in dollar volume this month compared to $828.2 million in 2022. 

"Palm Beach County is seeing an increase of active listings with 4,568 this month, 1,531 of those listings being new. This is a 12.6% increase from November 2022,” says David Serle, 2024 president of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. “When navigating today’s market, it’s important to remember that Realtors® serve as a trusted advisor to consumers to protect them and understand their unique needs.”
