Just in! June 2023 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Palm Beach County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.

Inventory continues to rise in June, with year-over-year supply of inventory reaching 3 months – a 30.4% increase from June 2022. The median sale price remained fairly consistent from 2022 with a 0.8% increase at $625,000.

“The median time to contract is sitting at 26 days verses the market in June 2022 at 12 days—this is a 116.7 % increase,” says Chris Krzemien, president of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. “It’s important that as buyers navigate the current inventory to find their dream home that they contact a local Realtor® who will ensure buyers and sellers experience the greatest transparency, choice and efficiency through independent, local broker marketplaces.”
