BROWARD COUNTY INVENTORY REMAINS CONSISTENT AT 2.8 MONTHS
Just in! August 2023 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Broward County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
Broward County’s months supply of inventory remained the same from July to August at 2.8 months, a 12% increase from August 2022. The median sale price in the county experienced a 6.7% increase from 2022 at $600,000 but remained consistent with last month.
"Realtors® closed 11% more transactions in Broward County this month compared to last month.
