Realtors® Commercial Alliance Recognizes 'Deal Makers' of Commercial Sector
Local Realtors® Commercial Alliance members were honored with Deal Maker Awards for their achievements and impact on Commercial Real Estate in 2021.
Members of the Realtors® Commercial Alliance (RCA), a division of the Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors®, were recognized for their outstanding accomplishments and contributions to the commercial real estate industry. The awards were based on complexity, environmental concerns, financing, proficiency in overcoming obstacles and the overall impact the business deal had on the community.
Eight local Realtors® were recognized for their outstanding accomplishments, including:
Paul Snitkin with Anderson Carr in West Palm Beach was named 2021 RCA Realtor® of the Year. Paul also received the Office Deal of the Year for the sale of a three story office building in West Palm Beach.
Tommy Thompson with Fortitude Investment Group was named the 2021 Affiliate of the Year.
Alan Steinberg of Gulfstream Realty Services was presented with the Business Broker Deal of the Year award for the sale of TWQ Landscaping.
Devin Schmidt of Cornerstone Realty won the Industrial Deal award for the sale of office/warehouse condos in Royal Palm Beach.
Robert Hamman with SVN Florida received the Retail Deal of the Year for the sale of Ragtops North in West Palm Beach.
Zach Rossetti of Anderson Carr was awarded the Special Purpose Deal of the Year for the sale of an Assisted Living Facility in West Palm Beach.
Frederick Schmidt of Cornerstone Realty received the Land Deal of the Year for the sale of 10 assembled parcels in West Palm Beach.
Carola Lueder of Caviar Global Properties won Hospitality Deal of the year for the sale of La Mer Motel in Fort Lauderdale.
