Over 300 Attend New Hollywood Office Grand Opening
The Realtors® of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale (RAPB + GFLR) hosted a grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting ceremony for their new Hollywood Office on Thursday, September 12th. The Hollywood office is the Association’s eighth location in Florida and the fourth location in Broward County.
Realtor® members got an exclusive look at the premier office space located at the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Building in the heart of east Hollywood. The address for the new office is 330 N Federal Highway, Suite 201, Hollywood.
“Adding a fourth location in Broward County was crucial as we continued to see our membership grow exponentially in Broward County. Our Association has seen a huge expansion and progress over the past year through our recent merger with the South Broward Board of Realtors®," said Dionna Hall, CEO of the Realtors® of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale. "By opening another office in South Broward, we will continue to extend our services to an even larger number of Realtors® in the South Florida area.”

The celebration featured an open house from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. where attendees toured the brand-new facilities. Local elected officials and the Association’s Broward County Regional Board of Directors were in attendance. The local elected officials present during the ceremony were Hollywood Commissioners, Kevin Biederman, Traci Callari, and Dick Blattner. The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was led by the mayor of Hollywood, Josh Levy.
Following the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, there was an afterparty at the Olivia Restaurant inside the Circ Hotel. Over 300+ Realtors® attended the afterparty alongside affiliates, government officials, and Association leaders.
The Hollywood location is a full-service office complete with regular classes and expanded staff to meet the growing needs of members in the South Broward area. The office will be open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
