Open House Weekend Generates Buzz in South Florida

On July 20th and 21st, the Realtors® of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale and the South Broward Board of Realtors® hosted their Open House Weekend. The growing success and popularity of Open House Weekend continued in July as there were over 1,300 open houses across South Florida and the Treasure Coast. The goal of Open House Weekend was to connect consumers with local Realtors® and help South Florida homebuyers purchase the house of their dreams at an affordable price.

South Florida Realtors® and buyers have both benefited greatly from Open House Weekend. The event brings awareness and consumers to Realtors®’ listings while also helping them generate future leads. Buyers benefit from Open House Weekend from searching a wide variety of listings online and easily planning a weekend of house hunting.

Buyers can easily browse openhousesfl.com and find open houses that fit what they are looking for in their dream home. Buyers can narrow their home search down based on the city, property type, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, price minimum & maximum, and more.

After pinpointing the properties of interest, buyers can grab their Realtors® and tour multiple open houses in the area. This convenient method of viewing houses allows potential buyers to see more properties in a day which furthers their chances of finding an ideal home.

The next Open House Weekend will be announced soon. For more information on Open House Weekend, email Danielle Boutin, Vice President of Emerging Technology at dboutin@rapb.com.

Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® is the 3rd largest local Realtor® association in the country, representing 33,000 Realtors®, 35,000 MLS subscribers, and 5 regional boards across South Florida & the Treasure Coast. For more info, visit Rworld.com or contact Communications@rworld.com.
