Matrix MLS Subscribers in South Florida Acquire Greater Reach

The Realtors® of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale (RAPB + GFLR) recently announced their new data share agreement affecting Matrix MLS Subscribers. Realtors® in Broward County Florida will soon increase their listing exposure 60 miles north in Martin County. Over 11,000 Active listings, totaling over $6.5 billion dollars will now be displayed to Realtors® doing business in the Treasure Coast.

“This is a significant win for our Matrix Subscribers,” said Jeffrey Levine, President of RAPB + GFLR. “Greater reach and additional exposure will ultimately translate into more transactions.”

The new partnership between RAPB + GFLR and Martin County REALTORS® of the Treasure Coast will be effective in the 3rd quarter of 2019. This agreement allows Brokers from both Associations to increase their listing exposure throughout South Florida and the Treasure Coast. Martin County Realtors® have a membership base that consists of approximately 1,000 active Realtors®.
