Realtor® Party Hosts Bake Sale to Protect Homeownership

On February 8th, the Realtors® of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale (RAPB + GFLR) hosted a Bake Sale Auction to benefit the Realtor® Party and Realtors® Political Action Committee (RPAC). The auction took place at the Sandpiper Bay Club Med in Port St. Lucie.

The morning started with breakfast and a speech from St. Lucie County Property Appraiser Michelle Franklin. 130 RAPB + GFLR members attended the event. The morning featured a live auction, silent auction, refreshments, and the Pie in the Face Auction.

The auction raised $8,875 which will be used to help bring awareness and elect local Realtor® Party supported candidates in upcoming elections. The Realtor® Party screens candidates to determine which political candidates will have the best interest for Realtors®.

The purpose of RPAC is to protect the Real Estate Industry as a whole, which includes advocating for Realtor® issues and protecting home ownership. RPAC helps elect Pro-Realtor® / Real Estate candidates to office, regardless of their political affiliation. RPAC is consistently rated the most bi-partisan PAC in the country.
