A recent report shows an increase in home-purchase cancellations across South Florida, with data provided by Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® underscoring growing buyer hesitation. In Broward County, more than one in five pending sales were canceled in October, while Palm Beach County also saw elevated cancellation rates compared to last year.
