Greg Manship will join Florida’s fastest-growing Association in July as Senior Vice President of MLS and Data Integrations from his previous MLS and MLS technology leadership positions.

Palm Beach, Florida – June 26, 2020 – BeachesMLS – an organization under the umbrella of the Broward Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®, announced today it had named Greg Manship as its new Senior Vice President of MLS & Data services.

Manship joins Florida’s fastest-growing MLS from his previous executive leadership positions with Intermountain MLS, Corelogic and most recently HOUSECHECK.

A real estate industry veteran since 1994, Greg Manship is a dynamic real estate industry professional with a depth of MLS industry leadership and MLS technology experience. In his role as CEO of Intermountain MLS, Greg took the organization to the next level by introducing a suite of robust technologies and automated processes to create a more efficient and profitable organization.  

After leaving Intermountain MLS, Greg became Vice President Operations for Clareity where he was responsible for overall daily operations of this provider of security solutions to MLSs, Associations, and brokerages.

When Clareity was purchased by Corelogic, the largest provider of MLS software in real estate today, Greg was promoted to Senior Leader, Client Services where he oversaw Clariety, Realist, and Answerlink for all Corelogic customers. Most recently, Greg gained valuable experience working for HOUSECHECK, as Vice President of Programs. While there, he managed the development and national launch of an innovative new home warranty product.

Greg will be responsible for overseeing all MLS and Data operations for BeachesMLS.
