Just in! July 2024 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in St. Lucie County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.

St. Lucie County closed 525 sales in July while also seeing an increase in active listings to 2,067, a 69.6% increase year-over-year but remaining fairly consistent with last month. The months’ supply of inventory has increased year-over-year by 80%, currently sitting at 4.5 months as the county cools towards a balanced market.

"St. Lucie County’s median sale price slightly increased from July 2023, rounding out the month at $393,900.
