Just in! January 2025 reports have been released detailing recent real estate activity in St. Lucie County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes. 

St. Lucie County's housing market is off to a strong start in 2025, with sales up 9.5% compared to last year. Inventory also saw a substantial year-over-year boost, reaching 2,580 active listings—a 36.3% increase from this time in 2024. Meanwhile, new listings climbed 13.2%, bringing the total to 839. Despite the surge in available homes, pending inventory saw a decrease of 8% from 2024.

“St. Lucie County entered the year with a significantly larger inventory, now at 5.7 months’ supply—a 39% increase from last year,” said Jonathan Lickstein, president of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. “More inventory means buyers have greater leverage, with more options and increased negotiating power.
