Just in! November 2024 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Broward County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.

Broward County experienced a 4.2% increase in months’ supply of inventory from this time last month, currently sitting at 4.9 months. At the same time, the county saw a slight increase in dollar volume compared to 2023, currently sitting at $652.7 million.

"Broward County is seeing an increase of active listings with 4,943 this month, 1,385 of those listings being new. This is a 3% increase from last month,” says David Serle, 2024 president of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. “When navigating today’s market, it’s important that REALTORS® are responsible for thousands of real estate transactions a year while keeping up to date with the latest trends, laws, and regulations specific to the local communities we serve.
